How the firm took shape.
Bansal Mayur & Associates began as a Chartered Accountancy practice, and that foundation still shapes everything we do. Over time it became clear that the businesses we worked with needed more than compliance. They needed a partner who understood where they were headed, not just where they had been.
That is the firm we have built. Chartered Accountancy expertise remains our foundation, but our identity is that of a Strategic Finance and Business Advisory firm, built for entrepreneurs, founders and growing businesses who want a long-term partner in their financial decisions.
Our team brings deep domain knowledge, a problem-solving mindset and the flexibility to adapt to different client needs. We work closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, Chartered Accountants and legal professionals to simplify the complex and bring structure to chaos. Even the best business ideas need a strong foundation of finance, compliance and process. That is where we come in.

CA Mayur Bansal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over eleven years of experience across finance, consulting and business strategy. He works closely with founders and CXOs, helping them bring clarity to their numbers and confidence to their decisions.
His work has spanned both ends of the spectrum: startup founders building a first venture, and large global companies streamlining their India operations. With startups, that has meant structuring the company, supporting fundraising, managing investor expectations and putting internal processes in place. With global technology companies, it has meant optimising India spend, managing tax exposures and building reporting and compliance frameworks that hold up to scrutiny.
Across both, the pattern is the same: identifying the real issue behind the numbers, then finding a practical way through it.
